ABOUT PENNY:
Penny has been aware of Spirit from the young age of 3, her ‘invisible friend’ (named by her parents) but whom Penny named Matey stayed with her until she was 9 years old. Penny held onto the playful memories of her times with Matey throughout her teenage and adulthood years. Penny nervously attended her first Awareness Group in her early forties where the group leader asked her if she was a working Medium? Penny found this quite a daunting statement as she didn’t feel she could sense spirit anymore let alone be working with Spirit! Little did she know that within her first year of developing she would be stepping foot in her local church to take their Divine Service, since this point she has never looked back.
Today, Penny is actively engaged in demonstrating and public speaking at various churches and centers nationwide. Her passion for teaching has taken her beyond the UK, as she has served as a guest tutor in Norway, Canada, the USA, and Luxembourg. Recently achieving the prestigious British DSNU Status (Diploma in Spiritualist National Union), Penny now imparts her knowledge as a tutor at the renowned Arthur Findlay College in Stansted, UK. Her classes are known for being enlightening and enjoyable, while maintaining the dignity and reverence she believes working with Spirit warrants. Through her teachings, demonstrations, and one-to-one readings, Penny facilitates connections between individuals and their departed loved ones, a role that brings her immense joy. Witnessing the peace, healing, and love that these reunions bring to her clients mirrors the comfort and love that Matey once brought into her life.

A demonstration of mediumship is when a medium will bring evidence of a loved one from the spirit world with an uplifting message for someone in the audience. The purpose is to allow the audience an opportunity to experience, whether they receive a message directly for themselves or not, the healing experience of knowing that our loved ones are always with us. The medium's job is to provide evidence of the person from the spirit world so that someone can identify that person. Messages are always ones of connection and support. If a member of the audience wishes not to receive a message, they are always able to decline. Not everyone will get a message, but all messages offer a sense of connection with the spirit world and insights into our lives with what resonates with us through the messages.

Spirit communicators will provide support and guidance based upon their life experience as informed by their current perspective informed by the realization that life continues after physical death.

Sarah is a talented artist and medium from Calgary First Spiritualist Church. She is also a resident medium at the Eternity Connection, providing private readings and showcasing her mediumship during Sunday services. Sarah has also offered demonstrations of mediumship in the US and parts of Canada.

Siddhis: the Yoga Super Powers

Yogi Master, Warren Lewis

This workshop starts with a discussion exploring clairvoyance, levitation, bilocation and astral projection, materialization, and having access to memories from past lives. If there is interest, Warren will lead the group through a past life regression meditation. We will also explore the scientific evidence for some of these items as well as the yogic practices to achieve them. Modern yogis as well as figures like Wim Hoff (the IceMan) will be discussed. A yoga perspective on the chakras associated with mediumship and the difference between that and a kundalini awakening. Also we will discuss the concerns; mental, physical and karmic with respect to a kundalini awakening. Please note this is a lecture with guided meditations and not a yoga class requiring a mat and yoga poses.
